Xiding Time is a ticketing and commerce system for venue operators. As co-founder and full-stack engineer, I work across the business model, domain design and production engineering.

Partners host crafts, wellness, board games, performances and exhibitions. Xiding provides the venue, online ticketing and offline redemption, while operating its own shop. A ticket represents admission to an activity, not a seat. Events bring people in; the venue and shop extend the value of each visit.

The system spans a customer mini-program, staff workflows and a PC admin console, connecting WeChat login, WeChat Pay V3, refunds, QR redemption, delivery, pickup, ticket wallets and venue reservations. Its capability registry covers 19 domains and 159 capabilities, keeping documentation aligned with code.

It is a private production system; no public repository or demo is available. Customer data, transaction volume and operating metrics are not disclosed here.
